This is :iconmaniacpaint: 's OC Zeliel, who I drew as part of an art trade. He has a few more people to get to before mine but I felt that this character was too awesome to wait on. Plus I needed a few more things to draw to get to my 200th deviation anyway lol.

EDIT: Changed the background and added a nebula to give it a more "heavenly" look. The gradient seemed kinda boring.

This picture is absolutely gorgeous. I keep clicking on it just to go and look at it again. I adore the outfit and the wings are really beautiful!
